We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS.


If products arrive damaged please send an email to us IMMEDIATELY detailing the issue and we will be sure to respond ASAP. In most cases we will ship you a return label for the damaged product and once the original product has been returned we will send you a replacement. Please be sure to leave damaged items in their original packaging. Items should be unopened and unused.


We will not replace any items that you’ve damaged. If you return an item that you have used or have taken out of its original packaging, we WILL NOT honor an exchange. Additionally, you will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with resending your original package.


Lastly, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
